Mytuku respects the statutory consumer rights applicable to online purchases in Germany. In addition to these statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.

1. Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal Right

For eligible distance contracts with consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal is governed by § 312g BGB in conjunction with § 355 BGB.

Under § 355 BGB, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days. For a consumer sale of goods, § 356(2) BGB provides that the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods, subject to the statutory rules for multiple or partial deliveries.

2. How to Exercise the Statutory Withdrawal Right

The withdrawal must be clearly declared to Mytuku within the applicable statutory period.

The consumer may exercise the right by sending an unambiguous statement informing us of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

The information requirements concerning the withdrawal right are governed in particular by Article 246a § 1(2) EGBGB.

3. Refunds Under German Law

Where a statutory withdrawal is validly exercised, the consequences of withdrawal are governed by § 357 BGB.

Generally, payments received from the consumer must be refunded within the statutory period. The refund is generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with the law.

Under § 357(4) BGB, the merchant may in certain circumstances withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the consumer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Return shipping costs in a statutory withdrawal may be borne by the consumer where the consumer has been properly informed of this obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1(2) EGBGB and § 357 BGB.

4. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Mytuku offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.

This voluntary 30-day return period is an additional customer benefit and does not replace, restrict, or shorten any statutory consumer rights under German law.

5. Conditions for Voluntary Returns

For a voluntary return, products should generally be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags where reasonably possible
• Not damaged or altered

Please do not send a return to an address that has not been confirmed by our customer service team.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Such cases will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory consumer rights and statutory liability for defects under German law.
